Legalism plays an important role in the process of jurisprudence＇s development and handling normal cases, but what literally works in hard cases cover other factors apart from legalism, such as public opinion and morality, etc. It is better choice to deal with hard cases to make full use of information of various typos and different aspects and to think of social science carefully.
