摘要
培养骨干校长是中小学校长队伍建设的重要策略。骨干校长有自身的成长规律和专业特征,专业化的校长培训和校长的自我修炼是培养骨干校长的有效途径。骨干校长管理可以采取选拔培养对象、做好前期培养、实行动态管理和建议激励机制等策略。
Training excellent headmasters is one important strategy of building the headmaster team in primary & secondary schools. Professional training and serf-development of the headmasters are the effective approaches to nurture the excellent headmasters because they have their own growing patterns and professional characteristics. Managing strategies include choosing the participants, achieving the pre-service nurture, managing dynamically and establishing encouraging mechanism.
