传统图书馆的参考咨询服务正在向网络化、虚拟化、个性化发展,当前国内外图书馆电子信息源开发利用的主要方式方法有:图书馆网页建立用户个人链接,设立用户信息频道,进行网络信息推选服务;建立开放存取环境下的信息共享空间。电子信息源的出现,使图书馆信息参考咨询工作在服务方式、服务内容、服务对象上都发生了巨大变化,应该转变思想观念,培育优秀的参考咨询人员来满足这一发展需求。

The service of reference and consultancy of the traditional library is becoming more and more networked, virtualized and individualized. The main ways in terms of electronic information source utilized by the libraries at home and abroad get involved in establishing personal link on the library website, making readers＇ information channels, offering network information service and establishing the information-shared space under the surrounding of open access in the current time. Great changes have taken place in terms of service ways, content and target of the information consultancy of the library since the appearance of electronic information sources.
