摘要
中国的家族企业发展到今天,代际传承已成为我国家族企业面临的一个亟待解决的现实问题;是关系到我国民族产业兴衰存亡的大问题。然而,很多家族企业的"富二代"要么拒绝接班,要么没有能力接班,再加之家族内部代际传承机制的缺陷,这使得我国家族企业代际传承面临困境。因此,解决好"富二代"
With Chinese family business developing to the present day,intergenerational inheritance has become a realistic problem to be solved by Chinese family business,which is the big problem related to the thriving and decline of China′s national industry.However,″rich second-generation″ in many family businesses refuse to inherit business or cannot afford to take over business,combined with the internal defects of the intergenerational inheritance,which make the intergenerational inheritance of family business face with a difficult situation.Therefore,solving ″rich second-generation″ inheritance problems is the key to family businesses for sustainable development.
