市场竞争的加剧对企业人力资源管理提出了强烈的需求。路桥分公司受计划体制的影响,在人员的录用与考核、绩效考核与薪酬管理、激励措施与培训体系等诸多方面存在着一定的问题,要想提高企业的经营水平,应该进行合理的人力资源规划,加强薪酬与绩效管理,重视企业文化的建设。
Market competition makes a strong demand on enterprise human resource management.Due to the impact of the planning system,Road and Bridge Branch Office has some problems in personnel recruitment and evaluation,performance appraisal and compensation management,incentives and training system.In order to improve enterprise management level,the human resources should be reasonable planned,strengthening the compensation and performance management,paying attention to corporate culture.
