摘要
通过对德国职业教育关键能力培养的方式和理念的考察,与我国职业教育关键能力培养进行比较,分析了我国职业教育在培养学生关键能力过程中存在的问题和原因,根据我国职业教育实际情况,提出四个提高关键能力培养的办法:应加强关键能力培养的制度建设,加大教师自身关键能力培养力度,制定关键能力培训指南,制定评价标准与评价方式来综合评价学生的关键能力。
Through the investigation into the methods and concepts of German vocational education's key ability training and the comparison with China's vocational education's key ability training,the paper analyzes the problems in and causes of China's vocational education in training students' key ability and suggests four methods to improve key ability training: strengthening the system construction for key ability training,increasing teachers' key ability's training,formulating key ability training guide and determining the evaluation criteria and methods to evaluate students' key ability.
