浅谈大学英语教师的综合素质

Discussion on the General Qualities of English Teachers

教师是决定教育效果的关键因素。大学英语教师是大学英语教育改革的推动者。大学英语教师应该转变教学思想,更新教学观念;优化课程体系,改进教学内容。同时要提高英语文化的传播能力,做具有"三精"特质的技师、导师、人师,帮助学生爱上学习。

Teachers are of the key factors to the educational effects. College English teachers are the facili- tators of the college English education reform. They should change teaching ideas, optimizing curriculum system, improving the teaching contents, and raising the ability of spreading the English culture. Teachers should be outstanding in three roles： technician, tutor and human guide, helping the students love their learning.
