The paper analyses the highlight problems in current reform of experimental teaching of military academies. From the perspective of talent training, it researches the promoting function of innovation activities in reform of experimental teaching, and also discusses the combining method of innova- tion practice with experimental teaching reform, which provides reference for education reform of colleges.
