摘要
根据相关海事国际公约和国内法律法规对强制性和非强制性模拟器训练的要求,航海院校学生和在职船员必须加强实际操船能力,为此航海类院校利用航海模拟器进行操舵技术技能竞赛。文中细致地设计了操舵技术技能竞赛的方案,同时介绍了其操作方法及注意事项,对航海院校学生和在职船员在实践技能方面能起到积极的作用。
According to the related maritime affair international convention and the domestic laws and regulations to compulsory and the non-compulsory simulator training＇s request,the students in navigation colleges and universities and crew in office must strengthen actual hold the ship ability,for this reason the navigation colleges and universities carry on using the navigation simulator steer the technical skill competition.In the article we designed the technical skill competition plan of steering,simultaneously introduced its operating procedure and the matters which needs attention,could play the positive role to students in the navigation colleges and universities and crew in office in the practice skill aspect.
