摘要
本文对黑节草由野生转变为人工栽培的技术措施进行了探索。试验结果表明,黑节草试管苗是量多质优的繁殖材料;黑节草的栽培成活率及植株生长的好坏与幼苗质量、栽培的附主、栽培季节、缚扎材料等关系极为密切。本试验为今后生产性栽培发展这一珍稀濒危植物提供了科学依据。
This paper deals with the study of the technical measures of the artificial cultivation of wild Dendrobium candidum Wall ex Lindl. The experiment results demonstrate that the tube seedlings of Dendrobium condidum Wall ex Lindl are suitable for the reproduction; its survival rate and growth are closely related to its seedlinds quality, epiphytic host, planting seasons, and the materials used to hold it together. This study provides scientific basis for further productive cultivation of this rare, endangered plant.
