“通脉松筋易骨”法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

Curative effective analysis of the "Tongmai Songjin Yigu"method on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

[目的]探讨"通脉松筋易骨"法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的治疗效果。[方法]150例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组,对照组(75例)采用传统推拿手法,治疗组(75例)采用以腰椎间盘突出症辨证分期为特色的"通脉松筋易骨"法。10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。采用腰椎活动度测量(ROM)观察治疗前后不同时段症状变化,并对两组患者疗效以及疗程-痊愈例数进行比较。[结果]143例患者完成全部研究,治疗组腰椎活动度测量(ROM)与对照组相比具有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组临床疗效总有效率亦明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组疗程-痊愈例数比较具有统计学差异。[结论]"通脉松筋易骨"法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可明显提高临床疗效,缩短疗程。

[Objective] To investigate the ＂Tongmai Songjin Yigu＂method on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] 150 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（75 cases） with traditional massage and the treatment group（75 cases） were applied with the method of ＂Tongmai Songjin Yigu＂ characterized with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc dialectically differentiation stage.10 days for a course of treatment and there was the three courses.Adopted the Measurement of range of joint motion of lumbar（ROM） at different times,before and after treatment,to observe the change of symptoms,and compared the treatment efficacy of the two groups of patients and relationship of the number of cured cases and therapeutic course.[Results] One hundred and forty-three patients completed the full study,the treatment group＇s lumbar measurement（ROM）,compared with the control group,was significant different（P0.01,P0.05）,and the total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higer than the control group also（98.59% in treatment group and 86.10% in control group,P0.01）.And the comparison in relationship of the number of cured cases and therapeutic course between two groups has statistical difference.[Conclusion] ＂Tongmai Songjin Yigu＂ treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course of treatment.
