益脑活血汤联合早期康复治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤术后患者生活质量的影响

The Effects of Yinao Huoxue Decoction Combined with Early Rehabilitation Treatment on Life Quality of Traumatic Brain Injury Patients after Operation

目的:观察益脑活血汤联合早期康复治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:120例患者随机平均分为两组。对照组在术后1-2 d,生命体征平稳,神经症状不再恶化即可进行维持正常颅压、营养脑神经、高压氧、肢体功能训练、言语康复训练、心理指导等康复治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用益脑活血汤,1剂/d,水煎2次混合后共取汁400 mL,分早晚2次温服。两组均在治疗3月后统计疗效。结果:①两组FMA评分比较,两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组;②两组Barthel评分比较,两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:益脑活血汤联合早期康复治疗可以明显提高创伤性颅脑损伤术后患者的生活质量,且操作简便,无不良反应,依从性好。

Objective：To observe the effects of Yinao Huoxue Decoction combined with early rehabilitation treatment on life quality of traumatic brain injury patients after operation.Methods：120 patients who met with the inclusion criteria were randomized into two groups,60 cases for each group,according to the proportion after traumatic brain injury operation.The control group could carry on rehabilitation treatment of maintaining normal intracranial pressure,nourishing cranial nerves,carrying on hyperbaric oxygen,physical function training,speech rehabilitation training,psychological guidance,and so on if the control group presented stable vital signs and no deterioration of neurological symptoms after operation of one to two days.The treatment group were additionally given Yinao Huoxue Decoction based on the treatment of the control group with a dosage of 400 mL one day,which was taken warmly after mixing the decoction cooked twice and was divided into two times to take in the morning and evening respectively.The two groups＇ therapeutic effects were counted after three months＇ treatment.Results：① Comparison of FMA scores of two groups,effects of both groups had significant differences and the treatment group was superior to the control group.② Comparison of the Barthel scores of two groups,effects of both groups had significant differences and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion：Yinao Huoxue Decoction combined with early rehabilitation can obviously improve patients＇ life quality after traumatic brain injury operation,and is convenient to operate with no obvious side-effects and good compliance.
