二苯乙烯苷对大鼠骨密度与骨强度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测由何首乌中提取的有效成分2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(二苯乙烯苷),长期给药对大鼠骨密度及骨强度的影响。方法:大鼠分别按剂量150 mg/kg、300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg连续灌胃给药90 d,使用双能X线骨密度扫描仪测量大鼠骨密度后,处死取股骨测量骨9骼强度。结果:二苯乙烯苷各剂量组均能增加髂骨段的骨密度,增加髂骨段和肱骨段的骨矿重量和骨矿面积;显著增加骨折力与骨碎力。结论:二苯乙烯苷不仅能够增强骨密度,提高单位面积骨矿的含量及骨矿在组织中的含有面积,增强骨组织对于外力作用的抵抗能力,提高结构韧性与结构强度,为临床有效预防并改善骨质疏松症提供实验依据。 Objective:To detect the effect of stilbene glycoside,extracted from the roots of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb(PMT) on bone mineral density and bone strength of rats.Methods:The rats were administered with condensed stilbene glycoside in different dosages(150,300,600 mg/kg) successively for 90 days.After the bone mineral density could be tested by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA),the femoral bones of rats were separated and its bone strength was measured.Results:Stilbene glycoside of any dosage could all increase bone mineral density of iliac section as well as the bone mineral weight and bone mineral size of the iliac and humeral section.The same is true for its fracture force and fragileness.Conclusion:Stilbene glycoside can not only increase the bone mineral density,bone mineral content and bone mineral size in the bone tissues,but also enhance the resistance to exogenic action,structural toughness and strength of the bone tissues,which provides experimental basis for the effective clinical prevention and improvement of osteoporosis.
