摘要 目的:探讨荔枝核总黄酮的测定方法及提取工艺。方法:紫外分光光度法在510 nm处测定。采用正交试验,以荔枝核总黄酮的提取率为考察指标,优化提取工艺。结果:建立回归方程。荔枝核总黄酮的最佳提取条件为回流提取法,60%的乙醇,固液比为1:10,提取3次,每次90 min。结论:该方法能有效提取荔枝核总黄酮,回收率高,简单可行,可作为提取荔枝核总黄酮的优选工艺。 Objective:To explore the determination method and extraction technology of total Litchi flavonoids.Methods:UV spectrophotometry was measured at 510nm.By using orthogonal test,the extraction rate of total flavonoids of Litchi was applied as the observatory indicator to investigate the extraction process.Results:The regression equation was established.The reflux extraction method was the optimal extraction conditions for total Litchi flavonoids with 60% of ethanol and solid to liquid ratio of 1:10,which were extracted three times,90min per time.Conclusion:This method can effectively extract the total flavonoids of Litchi,which could be the preferred extraction process for total flavonoids of Litchi.The extraction process is simple and feasible with high recovery rate.
