中医药治疗短暂脑缺血综合征的研究述评

Research on Transient Cerebral Ischemia Syndrome Treated with Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨中医药防治短暂脑缺血综合征的特点。方法:总结近年来中医药及现代医学防治短暂脑缺血综合征的研究现状,分析其病因病机和治疗特点。结果:中医药和现代医学治疗短暂脑缺血综合征各有优势和不足,中医药可从多靶点、多种途径防治短暂性脑缺血。结论:中医药治疗短暂脑缺血综合征疗效显著,有较大的优势。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of transient cerebral ischemia syndrome.Methods：Researches on the prevention and treatment of transient cerebral ischemia syndrome with traditional Chinese medi-cine and western medicine were summarized in order to analyze its characteristics of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.Results：Traditional Chinese medical and western medical treatment of transient cerebral ischemia have their own advantages and disadvantages,while traditional Chinese medicine could prevent and treat transient cerebral ischemia from the multi-targets in a variety of ways.Con-clusion：To use traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of transient cerebral ischemia syndrome could achieve marked efficacy,which shows significantly greater advantages.
