参茸振瘫宁胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风临床研究

Clinical Research on Shenrong Zhentanning Capsule in Treating Stroke Due to Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的:探讨参茸振瘫宁胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风的临床疗效。方法:235例气虚血瘀型中风患者,随机分为两组。治疗组165例选用参茸振瘫宁胶囊治疗,对照组70例选用维脑路通治疗,均以30 d为1疗程,1-3疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组165例中,痊愈58例,显效55例,有效36例,无效16例,有效率达90.3%。对照组70例,痊愈19例,显效23例,有效17例,无效11例,有效率83.7%。结论:参茸振瘫宁胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风患者疗效显著,症状改善明显。

Objective：To discuss clinical efficacy of Shenrong Zhentanning Capsule in treating stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods：235 cases of stroke due to qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups.165 cases in the treatment group were given Shenrong Zhentanning Capsule while 70 cases in the control group were given Venoruton.Both groups took 30 days as a course of treatment,and the curative effect would be evaluated after 1-3 courses of treatment.Results：In the treatment group,58 cases were recovered;55 were markedly effective;36 showed improved symptoms and 16 were ineffective with a total effective rate of 90.3%.While the control group showed the numbers respectively were 19 cases,23 cases,17 cases,11 cases,and the total effective rate was 83.7%.Conclusion：Shenrong Zhentanning Capsule is effective in treating stroke due to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and improving symptoms with better clinical effects.
