中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究

Clinical Study on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for Chronic Urticaria

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:采用对照观察的方法,将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组急性期口服左西替利嗪片,喉头水肿者肌肉注射肾上腺素0.3-0.5 mL,或者地塞米松注射液0.5 mL。治疗组风寒型用桂枝汤加减;风热型用消风散加减;脾胃虚弱型用防风通圣散加减;气血两虚型用玉屏风散加减;阴阳失调型用四物汤加减等。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为93.33%和86.66%(P<0.05)。急性发作期用西药对症治疗,用药快、显效好,慢性特发性荨麻疹用中医药辨证施治,疗效好,不良反应少。结论:中西医加外用法综合治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效,无不良反应,收效甚好,值得推广。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on chronic urticaria.Methods：60 cases were equally divided into control group and treatment group,and contrast observation was adopted in our experiment.The patients in control group took levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally in acute phases,and patients with larynx edema were injected 0.3mL to 0.5mL adrenin or 0.5mL hexadecadrol.The wind-cold syndrome cases were treated by Guizhi Decoction;while wind-heat ones by Xiaofeng Powder;patients with spleen and stomach deficiency disorder by Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder,deficiency of qi and blood by Yupingfeng Powder,and disorder of yin and yang by Siwu Decoction.Results：Effective rates in treatment group and control group were 86.66% and 93.33% respectively（P 0.05）.The patients treated symptomatically by western medicine in acute phases had obtained fast absorption and good effect,and the cases with chronic idiopathic urticaria treated by traditional Chinese medicine through syndrome differentiation exerted excellent curative effects and little side effects.Conclusion：Comprehensive treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine accompanying external usage yields satisfactory effect.Hence,it is worthy to be popularized.
