针灸配合TDP治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究

Clinical Research on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with TDP for the Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的:探讨温针中极穴配合揉压气海穴及TDP(特定电磁波谱)治疗仪治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将32例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用温针中极穴配合揉压气海穴及TDP治疗,对照组采用诱导疗法。结果:治疗组有效率为93.75%,明显优于对照组的68.75%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:温针中极穴配合揉压气海穴及TDP治疗产后尿潴留有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of warm needle moxibustion of Zhongji point combined with knead Qihai and TDP for treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods：32 patients were randomly divided into treatment group which was given warm needle moxibustion of Zhongji point combined with knead Qihai and TDP（16 cases）and the control group which was given induction therapy（16 cases）.Results：The total effective rates was 93.75%（15/16） in the treatment group which was better than that of 68.75%（11/16） in the induction therapy group,and the two groups had very significant difference in the total effective rates（P0.01）.Conclusion：It has a good clinical effect when warm needle moxibustion of Zhongji point is combined with knead Qihai and TDP for treatment of postpartum urinary retention.
