摘要
班级管理是学校工作顺利开展的基础。随着"90后"逐渐成为高职校园主体,"90后"班级具有民主法制意识更为强化、价值多元更加明显、抗挫折能力弱化、新媒体影响更为巨大等四大特点。从"90后"高职学生的班级管理的合法性和合理性问题、务实性与务虚性问题、政策性和策略性问题、公平性和民主性问题四个方面进行了探讨。
The class management is the foundation that makes the school working smoothly.While After 90s has gradually become main body of campus,After 90s Class Management tends to four characteristics,such as stronger sense about democracy and legal,more apparent multi-value sense,fight setbacks capability weakening,more tremendous influence coming from new media.This paper focuses on the four questions about the class management about after 90s higher vocational students: the legitimacy and rationality,clerical work and ideological work,political and strategic questions,fairness and democracy.
