摘要
通过对高职教师专业发展现状的调查发现,高职教师专业发展内涵理解偏颇、专业发展内容缺乏职教针对性、专业发展方式缺乏开放性、专业发展评价缺乏激励性,其主要原因是高职教师缺乏专业发展意识,为此建议构建高职教师反思性研修模式。
Through investigation on the status of professional development of higher vocational teachers it is found that the understanding of connotation on the professional development is one-sided,the content is absence of vocational educational pertinence,the method is absence of opening,and the evaluation inspiring principle,which mainly because of teachers' lack of consciousness of professional development.In view of those,the mode of reflective refresher is suggested.
