农民工养老保险需求与供给分析

农民工养老保险问题已成为社会高度关心的热点问题。本文首先通过对已有的农民工养老保险的制度分析,得出我国农民工养老保险制度建设仍然存在很多问题和困难,并根据生命周期理论建立收入—消费配比模型对农民工养老金进行供需分析,并计算出农民工养老金缺口,最后得出相应的结论和政策建议。

Migrant workers＇ endowment insurance has become highly concerned social issue.The paper,based on the existing system analyzes migrant workers＇ endowment insurance,obtains many problems and difficulties on the system construction of migrant workers＇ endowment insurance.According to the life cycle theory,it establishes income—consumption ratio model for the supply and demand analysis of the migrant workers＇ pensions,and calculates the migrant workers＇ pension gap,and then draws some conclusions and suggestions.
