摘要
对140份甘蓝品种和材料作了甘蓝芜菁花叶病毒(Turnip mosaicvirus)和甘蓝黑腐病(Xanthomonas campestris PV.Campestris)苗期室内人工接种以鉴定其抗性,得到对芜菁花叶病毒表现高抗的有5份,抗病的27份,耐病的44份,感病的59份,高感的5份;抗黑腐病的4份,耐病的75份,感病的61份,未发现高抗材料。对芜菁花叶病毒和黑腐病均抗的只有1份。对芜菁花叶病毒表现高抗或抗病、对黑腐病表现耐病的有15份。表明抗芜菁花叶病毒的抗原材料远比抗黑腐病的抗原材料容易被筛选出来,抗芜菁花叶病毒的抗原材料,基本上不抗黑腐病,而抗黑腐病的也不一定兼抗芜菁花叶病毒。
In 1987—1988,seedlings of 140 cabbage cultivars(lines)were testedin the laboratory by artificial inoculation with turnip mosaic virus(TuMV)or cabbage black rot bacteria(Xanthomonas campestris)respe-ctively for their multiresistance against these casual organisms.Amongthem,5 cultivars(lines)were highly resistant to TuMV,27 were resistant,44 were tolerant,59 were susceptible and 5 were highly susceptible.Tocabbage black rot,no cultivar was highly resistant,75 were tolerant,4were resistant and 61 shsceptible.Only one cultivar was resistant both toTuMV and black rot.15 cultivars(lines)resistant to TuMV exhibitedtheir tolerance to black rot.The present data indicate that resistanceagainst TuMV is more easily sieved from the material examined ratherthan that of black rot,while cultivars resistant against TuMV is notcertainly resistant toblack rot.On the contray,that resistant to blackrot is yet not consequentially resistant against TuMV.
