Research on Technique for Gas Control in Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face In Seam Prone to Self-Ignition Using Roof Gas Drainage Boreholes

摘要 通过针对40106综放工作面高瓦斯易自燃厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯治理工作进行实践,采用马丽散有效封堵钻孔渗水取得很好的封孔效果,并对不同层位钻孔瓦斯抽放效果进行比较分析,最终得出采用终孔布置在裂隙带层位的抽放钻孔进行瓦斯抽放可以解决采空区瓦斯涌出量大的问题,有效控制了上隅角瓦斯超限。 Based on practical experiences with gas control in a fully mechanized top coal caving face in thick coal seam prone to self-ignition in No.401 mining district,New Mali Powder was used to seal off the seepage water from boreholes with good results.In comparison with gas drainage boreholes at different horizons,we came to the conclusions that in gas drainage when the production boreholes were place on horizon of fractured zone,the problem with great emission of gas from gob area can be resolved.Gas emission in the upper corner of the work face exceeding the specified limit can be effectively controlled.
