摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳分析了天牛科两个亚科18种雌成虫和12种幼虫肠组织C_x 酶同工酶。结果表明,C_x 酶同工酶在亚科问、族间及族内各属间的酶谱差异较大;属内不同种间C_x 酶同工酶酶谱比较接近,但每个种各具特有酶带,故C_x 酶同工酶可用于亲缘关系较近的种的分类、鉴定。本文还就楔天牛族Saperdini 的分类系统问题和广州、重庆粗鞘双条杉天牛的分类地位问题进行了讨论。
The isozymes of Cx-cellulase from the alimentary canals of 18 speci-es of female adult,12 specise of larvae of longicorn beetles represent-ing two sub-families(Lamiinae,Cerambycinae)were investigated withisoelectric-focusing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method,the roleof Cx-cellulase isozymes in the taxonomy of Cerambycidae was discussed.Cx-cellulase isozymes of the China-fir borer(Semanotus bifascialus sino-auster Gressitt)from Chongqing are apparently different from those ofthe from Guangzhou,they should be treated as two different species.Moreover,according to the degree of diversity or similarity of Cx-cellu-lase isozymes,it would be more reasonable to restore the genera Lin-da,Oberea and Phytoecia intotribe phytoecini and the genus Paragleneainto tribe Gleneini rather than to treat them as a single tribe Saperdinias in Breuning Revision.
