监狱体制改革后监狱警察激励机制创新——激励主体、激励客体与组织文化研究

On Creation of Prison Incentive Mechanism from the Perspective of Prison Reform

监狱警察激励机制是指在监狱警察组织文化背景下，由监狱警察激励主体、客体以及主客体之间的相互作用所构成的有机系统。我国监狱警察激励机制的建设取得了瞩目的成就，但是有些问题在监狱体制改革后进一步凸显出来。本文基于调查数据，着重从激励主体、激励客体和组织文化方面，为我国监狱体制改革后监狱警察激励机制的创新提出了对策建议。

The prison incentive mechanism refers to an organic system which includes incentive subject, object and the interaction between them under the background of the corectional police＇s organization culture. In our country, the prison incentive mechanism has made remarkable achievement, but there still exist some questions. Based on the survey data, the article here, emphatically from the inspirator, incentive object and the organization culture, puts forward some suggestions for its innovation.
