摘要
企业组织创新是企业创新的重要组成部分,是企业一切创新活动的基础和保证。企业文化对组织创新的内在作用机理表现在对企业组织创新的阻碍和促进两个层面:企业文化的塑造、维护以及改变所需要的巨大心理成本和物质成本使得企业文化形成后具有相对的稳定性和惰性,约束了组织创新;良好的企业文化为企业组织创新提供了良好的氛围,企业文化影响企业组织创新的内容,作为企业文化核心和精髓的企业价值观影响企业创新精神的强弱。
The enterprise's organizational innovation is an important constituent of enterprise innovation,and is the foundation and guarantee of the enterprise' overall innovation activities.The intrinsic mechanism of how the corporate culture influences organizational innovation embodies in hindering and promoting organizational innovation: The shaping,maintaining and changing of the corporate culture need enormous psychological and material cost,which makes the corporate culture has the nature of relative stability and inert and restrain organizational innovation;Favorable corporate culture provides good atmosphere;corporate culture influences the content of organizational innovation;the corporate culture values,as the core and the essence of the corporate culture,affects enterprise' initiative spirits.
