腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石嵌顿的体会

Experience of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Calculus Incarcerated Cholecystitis

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗胆囊颈管部结石嵌顿的手术技巧。方法:对胆囊颈管部结石嵌顿行LC患者53例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:53例患者中行LC成功49例,中转开腹4例。全组无胆道损伤、胆汁漏、术后胆管炎及结石残留等并发症发生,均痊愈出院。结论:熟练的LC操作技术是胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎LC成功的关键,LC治疗急性结石嵌顿性胆囊炎是安全、可行的。

Objective:To explore the treatment for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in the neck of gallbladder with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinic data of 53 cases of calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in the neck of gallbladder by LC were analyzed retrospeclively.Results:53 cases were treated with LC successfully and 4 cases were converted to open procedure.Conclusion:LC is a safe and feasible method for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in the neck of gallbladder,on the condition that the surgeon should be well familiar with the performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
