高效液相色谱法测定补血催生丸中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of Astragaloside IV in Buxue Cuisheng Pills by HPLC

目的建立补血催生丸中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱为C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水（33∶67）为流动相,流速为1.0 m l/m in,蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度为105℃,雾化气流速为2.8 L/m in。结果黄芪甲苷在0.245 92~4.918 40μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 7,n=5）;平均回收率为98.33%,RSD=3.28%（n=9）。结论本法灵敏、准确,简便易行,重现性好,可用于补血催生丸中黄芪药材的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for determination of Astragaloside IV in Buxue Cuisheng pills.Methods HPLC-ELSD was adopted with C18 column（250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonetrile-water（33∶67）,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The temperature of evaporation was 105℃,and the gas flow rate was 2.8 L/min.Results Astragaloside IV had a good linearity in the range of 0.245 92~4.981 4 μg（r=0.999 7,n=5）.The average recovery was 98.33% with RSD 3.28%（n=9）.Conclusion The established method is sensitive,accurate,simple,and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality Control of Buxue Cuisheng pills.
