某中医院2007～2008年抗菌药物使用分析

Analysis of Antibacterials Application in a Chinese Medicine Hospital during 2007～2008

目的统计分析本院2007~2008年抗菌药物的应用情况,为合理用药和科学管理提供依据。方法对本院2007~2008年抗菌药的销售金额、用药频度和日治疗费用等数据进行回顾性分析。结果本院2007年、2008年抗菌药销售额占药品总销售额的比例分别为17.92%和20.20%,头孢菌素类销售额占抗菌药总销售额的比例分别为46.96%和57.81%;头孢菌素类、青霉素类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类居于用药频度前4位;而阿莫西林、克拉霉素和头孢他美酯居于单品种用药频次前3位。结论本院抗菌药使用基本合理,但仍需加强合理使用干预管理。

Objective To evaluate the status and tendency of antibacterials applicaiton in our hospital,so as to provide reference for rational drug application.Methods The consumption sum,DDDs,and defined daily cost of antibacterials in our hospital during 2007~2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In our hospital,antibacterial sales account for 17.92% and 20.20% of total sales of 2007 and 2008,respectively,in which cephalosporins sales account for 46.96% and 57.81% of total antibacterial sales.Cephalosporins,penicillins,quinolones,and macrolides were the main antibacterials used.Amoxicillin,clarithromycin and cefetamet pivoxil were most frequently used.Conclusion The antibacterials application in our hospital is basically rational,but the intervention and management of antibacterial should be strengthened.
