珠海地区门诊统筹定点医疗机构国家基本药物使用现状调查

Analysis of NED Application Status in Basic Medical Institutions of Zhuhai District

目的了解珠海地区医疗保险普通门诊统筹定点医疗机构(下称医保统筹门诊)实施国家基本药物制度的现状。方法通过调查珠海市8家医保统筹门诊的处方及药品购销和库存记录等资料,收集与基本药物有关信息,并进行患者满意度调查,考察国家基本药物制度的实施情况。结果 8家医保统筹门诊均能按规定合法途径采购基本药物,平均用药品种数为2.84种,基本药物的平均配备率为77.58%,平均应用比例为97.69%%,基本药物的定价均符合国家规定,平均处方金额为80.80元,处方的合格率为97.13%,患者整体满意度为92.51%,患者对国家基本药物制度的知晓率为57.50%。结论国家基本药物制度在珠海地区医保统筹门诊的执行情况较好,患者医疗支出降低明显,但医疗机构的基本药物配备率偏低,患者对国家药物政策的认识欠缺,需提高基本药物的配备率,并加强国家药物政策的宣传和教育。

Objective To investigate the status of National Essential Drug policy（NEDP） implement in medical insurance outpatients of Zhuhai district.Methods The implement of NEDP in Zhuhai district was investigated by reviewing drug purchase and sale and stock records,and collecting relevant information of NED and satisfaction survey.Results The purchase way and pricing were legitimate.The number of drug varieties per capita was 2.84.The rate of NED provided was 77.58%.The rate of NED apllication was 97.69%.The average expense of the prescription was 80.80 Yuan.The qualified rate of the prescriptions was 97.13%.The overall satisfaction rate was 92.51%.The awareness rate of NEDP was 57.50%.Conclusion The implementing of the NEDP in medical insurance outpatients of Zhuhai district is good in whole,patients medical expenditure is decreased obviously.But the basic drug＇s equipment rate is low,patients＇ awareness of NEDP is insufficient,all these need to be further improved.
