摘要
对数字化设计在兆瓦级风力发电机组设计中的关键技术进行研究。风力发电机组数字化设计主要包括风力发电机数字化定义、风力发电机三维设计、零件标准化模型、风力发电机功能化数字样机、控制策略系统优化、风力机数字化装配等。大型风力发电机数字化设计技术的应用,可以缩短风力发电机核心部件的研发周期,支撑大型风力发电机关键部件的自主设计与制造。
The key techniques in digitized design of MW grade wind turbine are studied.Applications of the design include digital definition of wind turbine,3D modeling of complete machine,standardized model of components,functional digital prototype,system optimization of control strategy,and assembling of wind turbine.Application of digitized design to MW grade wind turbine can shorten the development cycle of key components and provide help to independent design and manufacture.
