摘要
小麦品种(系)对小麦黄花叶病的抗性差异达极显著水平(F=19.13(?))。在测定的1189个品种(系)中,免疫和抗病的达60%以上。同一品种接种方式不同,其抗病性表现也不同。在病土上的623个品种中,有64.8%表现免疫和抗病,如再以人工汁液摩擦接种,则有76.7%表现免疫和抗病,23.3%为感病和高度感病。
The difference of the resistance of wheat varieties(lines)to wheatyellow mosaic virus(WYMV)is very obvious(F=19.13(?)).Among 1189varieties(lines),immune and resistant varieties(lines)account forover 60%.Changes of resistance to WYMV in the same variety(line)take place after the natural induction in infective field and the artificalsap inoculation.64.8% varieties(line)show immunity and resistance ininfective field.By using artifical sap inoculation method,76.7% variet-ies(lines)show immunity and resistance,23.3% varieties(lines)showsusceptibility or very susceptibility.
