Six influential factors on the conformation of the fatty group compounds are discussed.They are van der Waals action force in the molecule,the exclusory force of the orbittal electron cloud,the hydrogen bond effect in the molecule,the dipole action in the molecule,the intermolecular dipole action and the solvolytic action.There must be a factor in the many factors which play a very important role in the molecular conformation.
