2008年的金融危机迅速席卷全球,国际经济形势在经济危机下变得扑朔迷离。后金融危机时代来临,国际经济逐渐回暖。从世界并购史可以看出,大型的并购都先于经济复苏兴起,在这一特殊时期,国内并购浪潮再次袭来。认识后金融危机时代,企业并购整合与经济发展辩证关系有重要作用。

The 2008 financial crisis swept across world quickly. The international economic situation became confusing because of the economic crisis. The international economy is getting warmer after the financial crisis. According to the world M ＆A history, the large--scale mergers often preceded the economic recovery. In this special period, the wave of domestic M＆ A rushed again. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dialectic relationship between the M ＆ A of enterprises and the economy development in the post--crisis era.
