摘要
为了提高方程式赛车的力学性能并减轻重量,对车架进行了拓扑优化设计。考虑了多种行驶工况的载荷对车架的作用,建立满足各总成布置和实际行驶要求的新设计结构,有限元分析和试验结果标明,该车架设计合理,说明拓扑优化设计方法进行方程式赛车车架的有效性和可行性。
To improve the mechanical performance and reduce the weight of formula SAE car frame,the topology optimization of frame is conducted.Considering multiple working conditions a new structure design is proposed.Both the finite-element analysis and the test result indicate that the new structural design is rational thus proving the effectiveness and feasibility of the topology optimization design method for the formula SAE car frame.
