所提出的Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ ＭＩＳ方法，是在传统软件工程的基础上，对虚拟Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ环境中如何解决ＭＩＳ开发中所面临的系统统一规划、数据分布式存储、面向对象的系统分析与设计等问题，探索运用辅助分析工具，使开发人员与用户就目标系统的模型快速达成共识。

The Intranet MIS method, based on traditional Software Engineering, explore the way of using computer aided analysis facility to solve the problems of unified system planning, distributed data storing, and system analysis and design within Virtual Intranet environment during MIS development. Hoping system developers could speed up the process of model definition of objective system with users and do best to delivery a system design scheme with high quality.
