摘要
通过对测试测量成绩等有关数据的相关分析与比较,我们得出,师范生的职业培养有其自己的规律。规律的获得为学校专业培养方案的设计,以及专业教学管理提供了重要的信息,也为提高教师职前教育的培养水平提供了可资借鉴的途径。
Through making correlation analysis and comparison of the academic results,this paper explores the relation between professional skills and academic results,and attempts to provide evaluation information,and suggestions for teaching plan and method so as to scientifically guide teaching and lay foundations for further improving the level of talent cultivating.
