摘要
长期以来,幼儿教育理论学科存在着"教师教学一言堂""学生学习如嚼蜡""教师从教用不上"等现象和问题,严重影响了学科的价值和教学效果。如何使幼儿教育理论学科走出上述境地,使其真正成为引领学生专业成长,有效解决教育教学实践问题的学科,笔者在多年的教学实践中不断探索和研究,总结出四条经验:一是竭力培育学生科学的教育观念;二是全力夯实学生过硬的实践本领;三是大力培养学生的"危机意识";四是努力改革和创新学科检测模式。
For a long time,some problems as "teachers' domination of the class","students' passive learning" exist in the theoretical disciplines of Early Childhood Education,which severely influences the value and teaching effect of the discipline.To make it out of the situation,and a discipline of guiding students' professional growth and effectively solving the practical problems of education and teaching,this paper puts forward four suggestions: first,to nurture students' scientific concept of education;second,to fully consolidate their strong practical skills;third,to vigorously train student's "sense of crisis";fourth,to make great efforts to reform and innovate discipline detection mode.
