摘要
研究了铁离子废水中重金属离子(以铅离子含量为标准)的分光光度测定法.采用不同的稳定剂将沉淀稳定在体系中,实验结果表明:在波长为450 nm处,无水乙醇的稳定效果最好,Pb2+与Fe2+含量与吸光度都成良好的线性关系,测定的Pb2+和Fe2+的质量浓度范围分别为0.25~1.25 ug/mL和1~5 ug/mL.通过各曲线得出含铁废水中重金属离子的含量,其结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法测得的结果基本一致;还研究了稳定剂的影响,测定了Pb2+回收率,验证了本实验方法的可靠性.
The heavy metal ions(Lead ion content as the standard)from iron-containing wastewater was determinated by spectrophotometry.The precipitations were stabilized in the system by different stabilizers.The result showed: at the wavelength of 450 nm,the stabilizing effect of absolute ethyl alcohol was the best and the content of Pb2+ and Fe2+ had a good linear relationship with absorbance.Mass concentration range of Pb2+ and Fe2+ were 0.25-1.25 μg/mL and 1-5 μg/mL.The heavy metal ions content from iron-containing wastewater was obtained through the curves,which was in conformity with the result by flame atom absorption spectrographic method.Effect of stabilizer was also studied,the recovery rate of Pb2+ was determined,and the reliability of this experimental method was verified.
