摘要
以实验室研制的N1227为络合剂、磷酸三丁酯为促溶剂、磺化煤油为稀释剂,应用络合萃取方法处理回收母液中染料K-红BB产品。实验结果表明,当pH=0.5—1.7,母液:萃取剂:促溶剂:稀释荆=100:20:10:70时,母液经单级萃取后K-红BB萃取率达99%左右。萃取后的有机相经NaOH反萃后上层有机相为络合萃取剂,可循环使用;下层为浓缩的K-红BB,可回收利用。
A complex extraction method was used for the treatment of K - Red BB wastewater with N1227 as the extractant TPB as the dissolve accelerant and kerosene as the diluent. The results show that when pH = 0. 5 - 1.7 and the ratio of wastewater : extractant : dissolve accelerant : diluent = I00 : 20 : 10 : 70, the extraction rate of the wastewater can reach 99.0%. NaOH was added into the complex phase after extraction so that the oil phase was extractant which can be recovered and the lower was enriched K - Red BB.
