络合萃取法处理回收K-红BB染料

Extraction and Recycle of K-Red BB Dye Product with Coordination Extraction Method

以实验室研制的N1227为络合剂、磷酸三丁酯为促溶剂、磺化煤油为稀释剂，应用络合萃取方法处理回收母液中染料K-红BB产品。实验结果表明，当pH=0．5—1．7，母液：萃取剂：促溶剂：稀释荆=100：20：10：70时，母液经单级萃取后K-红BB萃取率达99％左右。萃取后的有机相经NaOH反萃后上层有机相为络合萃取剂，可循环使用；下层为浓缩的K-红BB，可回收利用。

A complex extraction method was used for the treatment of K - Red BB wastewater with N1227 as the extractant TPB as the dissolve accelerant and kerosene as the diluent. The results show that when pH = 0. 5 - 1.7 and the ratio of wastewater ： extractant ： dissolve accelerant ： diluent = I00 ： 20 ： 10 ： 70, the extraction rate of the wastewater can reach 99.0%. NaOH was added into the complex phase after extraction so that the oil phase was extractant which can be recovered and the lower was enriched K - Red BB.
