Improvement of pot mold and coating in pot casting

通过对铁锅模龟裂纹产生原因的分析，在实验研究的基础上，对铁锅模及其生产用涂料进行了改进，并在实际生产应用中取得了满意的效果。

By analyzing the reasons of the tortoise cracks on the pot mold and coating. Through many simulated experiments on the pot mold and coating high-temperature resistant property by the actual production conditions, the author has made improvement on the pot mold and coating. This study has been applied in actual production and satisfactory results are obtained.
