网络信息时代城乡统筹规划新视角——以兰州市榆中县为例

New Perspectives of Urban-Rural Integrative Plan in Network Information Age——A Case Study of Yuzhong County in Lanzhou City

本文以网络信息时代为主线,从城乡转型的需要、城乡数字鸿沟的持续拉大以及城乡统筹的时代契机出发,揭示出将网络信息技术的影响纳入城乡统筹规划考虑因素的必要性与迫切性。以兰州市榆中县为例,探讨了网络信息时代城乡统筹规划出现的若干新的研究视角,拓展城乡统筹规划的视野与研究领域,为以后深入、系统的研究打下了基础。

This paper makes ＂the network information age＂ as the main line, and reveals the significant influences of network information technology, according to the need of urban -rural transformation, the digital divide between urban and rural, and the opportunity for urban -rural integration. The result shows that it is necessary and urgent to take these effects into consideration in the process of urban - rural integrative plan. In this paper, new perspectives and study fields of urban - rural plan in the network information age are analyzed using Yuzhong County as study area. This explorative research can be the foundation of further and systematic study in the future.
