基于校企合作的高职会展专业人才培养

Personnel Training of MICE Major in Senior Secondary Vocational Schools Should Be Based on the School-enterprise Cooperation

目前高职会展专业教育中校企合作方式单一,缺乏可持续发展性。院校应了解企业对于校企合作所期望达成的目标,找到企业目标与学校目标的共同点,并以此为切入点建立共赢的校企合作模式,促进高职会展专业人才培养,体现工学结合的培养模式,为企业与社会提供可用的会展专业高技能型人才。

At present, the coperative type between the enterprises and the senior secondary vocational schools is short of sustainable development, especially in connection with the newly emerging special field of MICE major. The schools should know more about the expected goals of enterprises and find out the common ground about school- enterprise cooperation. Build the win -win collaborative model between enterprises and schools. So the schools can build the academic models of work - integrated learning, and make a great efforts on vocational edu- cation to train talents with high skills.
