韩国银行业风险频发对我国金融监管的警示

The Risks of the Bank in South Korea and Warning for the Finance Supervision in Our Country

2011年1月以来,韩国银行业接连发生银行挤兑、银行停业、银行被强制出售、农信社结算系统瘫痪、金融监督院丑闻、民众抗议等一系列事件及风险,虽然在韩国当局的积极应对下,局势得到了一定控制,但韩国银行业的信誉及民众对金融业的信心已遭到严重破坏,由此产生的信心缺失以及连锁反应将十分严重,或将危及韩国金融体系的稳定。这对我国金融业的监管提出了忠告和警示。

The banks in South Korea guarantee bank run,bank closed,forced sale of bank,the system of settlement of Agricultural Credit Cooperative is down,the scandal of supervision of financial discipline,protest and a series of risks since January in 2011.Although the situation is under control,the reputation of the bank is damaged and people have no faith to the finance.All of these would injurious to the finance system.These leave us the warning and enlightenments to China.
