开放经济内外失衡的类型及宏观调控的效应分析

The Type of Internal and External Imbalances of Open Economy and the Effect Analysis on Macro-control Efforts

开放经济内外失衡的类型,要综合考虑内部失衡和外部失衡两种状态的结合。在经济实际运行中,开放经济内外失衡主要包括四种类型:一是内部过热,外部顺差;二是内部萧条,外部顺差;三是内部过热,外部逆差;四是内部萧条,外部逆差。为了对开放经济内外失衡的四种类型进行科学合理的分析,应分别从固定汇率制下和浮动汇率制下的宏观经济均衡调整中,逐一通过货币政策的效应和财政政策的效应进行分析。

The type of internal and external imbalances of open economy should consider the combine with internal imbalance and external imbalances.In the economic operation,internal and external imbalances of open economy mainly include four types： The first is the internal overheating,external surplus;the second is the internal depression,external surplus;the third is the internal overheating,external deficit;the fourth is internal,external deficit slump.In order to make scientific and reasonable analysis of four types of internal and external imbalances of open economy,we should analyze from the macro economic balanced adjustment under the fixed exchange rate system and floating.And analyze the effect of monetary policy and fiscal policy one by one.
