摘要
高等职业教育肩负着为国家培养高技能人才的重任。我院提出“双导制”育人新模式，并在该模式下创建党建工作的新途径，取得了一定的成效，为培养更多高素质的青年党员打下了坚实的基础。
Higher vocational education shoulders the responsbility of educating high-skilled personnel. We create the tutorial and monitorial system to improve party building work, which lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of more high-quality youth party members.
