This paper centers on the dissert to the five layers of the security for information system and analyses to security for Internet.The main aids that the Hacker are used and the main means of attacking information are introduced.The primary function of Netpower,a software which can prevent the Hacker to intrude and protect the Internet is introduced briefly.Netpower now is at the top of the ladder in the country.
