摘要
分析当前形势下大学生思想政治教育在就业指导工作中的重要作用。从加强大学生的就业观教育、创业意识教育、诚信教育、职业道德教育、心理素质教育等多方面探讨在就业指导中加强大学生思想政治教育的途径与对策。
On the basis of analyzing the important function of ideological and political education in the employment guidance,the paper discusses that employment and entrepreneurial concept,honesty,professional ethics and psychological quality should be educated.
