《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》课堂教学中学生创新能力培养刍议

A Brief Discussion on the Cultivation of the Higher Vocational Colleges Students’Ability of Innovation in the Classroom Teaching of the Course Plastic Mold Techniques and Design

塑料成型工艺与模具设计是模具专业的一门核心课程,本文从分析模具行业、企业的需求和模具学生就业的岗位现状出发,就教师在塑料成型工艺与模具设计教学中如何培养学生的创新能力做了几点思考,提出高职院校十分有必要培养学生的创新能力,以适应社会对知识、能力、素质、人格为一体的高素质创新人才的需要。

Plastic Mold Techniques and Design is one of the core professional courses of the mould major. Through analyzing the needs from the mould industry and enterprises and from the employment positions of the students majoring in mould, this paper proves that it is necessary to cultivate the vocational students＇ ability to innovate so that they can meet the needs from the society on knowledge, ability, quality and personality as one of the high-quality and creative professionals. In this paper, we also do some thinking on how teachers can foster the students＇ creativity in teaching the course.
