摘要
本论文以工程机械的冷却系统为研究对象,采用AT89S51单片机控制。该冷却系统主要电控液力驱动,经过对控制部分的硬件、电路、系统软件的设计与调试。研究结果表明,该冷却控制系统装置可以有效解决工程机械发动机过热和液压油冷却不足等问题,同时,还具有冷却性能好、体积小、温度检测准确等特点。能够很好地满足现代工程机械发动机冷却系统的发展趋势要求。
Using AT89S51 control, this paper studies the engineering machinery cooling system. The cooling system is mainly driven by electric hydraulic, through designing and commissioning the hardware, circuit, system software of the controlling part, the result shows that the cooling control system can effectively solve such problems as the engineering machinery engine overheat and hydraulic oil inadequate cooling. Meanwhile, it has some eharaeteristics as the good cooling performance, small volume, accurate temperature testing. Therefore, it can meet the requirements of the modem engineering machinery development trend for the engine cooling system.
